How do I apply?

Applicants are encouraged to apply online, just click "Apply" on our homepage to get started. There is a $50 application fee per occupant over the age of 18. Started an app and need back in? Visit Need a paper application? Just let us know and we can provide one.

I applied, now what?

We process applications in the order received. Our team will reach out within 72 hours to confirm receipt of your application.  

Is there a deposit?

Yes! Deposit start at 1 months rent and may increase depending on approval. If approved you a non-refundable $500 holding fee will be required to finalize your unit selection.  

Who needs to fill out an application?

All occupants over the age of 18 will need to submit an application? If you forgot to include them on the original application just have them fill out an application and let us know!

Are you pet friendly?

We are! We permit 2 pets per unit. Pet's must not be an aggressive breed, weigh over 100 pounds, or under 12 months of age. We offer a pet wash and bark park for your furry friends to enjoy! Exotic breeds are subject to manager approval. Each pet will increase your deposit by $250 and be charged a $50 monthly pet fee. All pets must be registered with PetScreening. What is PetScreening?

It is imperative that ALL our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.

Are utilities included?

Each unit will be charged a monthly CAM fee of $50. Cable/Wifi and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant.

Do I need renters insurance?

Yes! Each unit is required to have an active renters insurance policy. Silverbrook apartments must be listed as the additional insured.
